Luis Manzano's heated exchange with a netizen who questioned if his sneakers were real spiraled out of control earlier this week as both of them hurled personal insults towards each other. 

Manzano struggled to keep his cool when the netizen, who goes by the name Red Garcia, tagged a famous blogger who checks fake apparel under his photo on Instagram of his newly bought shoes.

He told the netizen: "Wag puro inggit sa katawan, magsikap lang kesa sa nega ka, mahirap gumigising araw araw ng inggit ang laman ng utak."

Garcia replied: "Grabe sa inggit. Agad agad?" 

In the mood for an argument, Manzano shot back: "Yup, imbes na manahimik, kelangan pagdudahan, ganyan talaga buhay ng inggit. Siguro pag may nangyayaring maganda sa pamilya o kaibigan mo, pinagiisipan mo agad ng masama mo, tsk." 

The two went back and forth, with Manzano insisting that Garcia is jealous of his kicks. He even checked his profile to see where he worked and gave him unsolicited advice about working hard. 

"Pre, ok naman sa St. Luke's pre, sipag lang para mawala inggit sa buto!" he said. 

Garcia maintained that he's not jealous, although he failed to explain why he tagged the blogger in the first place. 

"Pina-check ko lang naman yan eh. Dapat sinabi mo na lang na 'orig yan' kesa humaba pa usapan natin. Dinamay mo pa pagkatao ko. Bakit, malinis ba pagkatao mo?" he asked back. 

He also drudged up Manzano's dating history, mockingly writing: "Abang abang ka ng bagong fhm, jowain mo ulit."

Manzano is currently in a relationship with Jessy Mendiola, who won FHM Philippines' "sexiest woman" poll back in 2016. The two have admitted to talking about marriage.
