Completing the 15-man line-up are naturalized Filipino center Andray Blatche and Gilas Pilipinas cadet Troy Rike.

Gilas will try to duplicate its triumph over Chinese-Taipei last November, when they defeated the visitors 90-83 at the Araneta Coliseum.

Regardless of the result on Friday, however, the Philippines is already through to the second round of the FIBA World Cup Asian qualifiers.

They wrap up their first-round schedule on July 2 against Australia.
