MANILA – Broadcaster and "Rated K" host Korina Sanchez recently had an "impromptu reunion" with the first reporters of the ABS-CBN News department.

The former "TV Patrol" anchor gave her Instagram followers a glimpse of their get-together.

Spotted in the photo were Twinkle Valdez, Kata Inocencio, Dyan Castillejo, Pia Hontiveros, Danny Buenafe, Myrna Dela Torre, Gus Abelgas, Charie Villa, and Ging Reyes.

"The day was capped with an impromptu reunion of original (not old) ABS-CBN newsroom journalists exchanging laughs and love," Sanchez wrote. 

"Change is inevitable. But some things should and will never change," she added.

While some of the people in the photo have left ABS-CBN, a number of them are still affiliated with the Kapamilya network.

Sanchez-Roxas, Castillejo, and Abelgas still have their own programs — "Rated K," "Sports U," and "SOCO," respectively. 

Reyes is the head of Integrated News and Current Affairs, while Buenafe acts as Europe bureau chief.
