This cultural arts center holds art fairs, festivals, exhibits, and tours.

4. The Heritage of Mei Ho House

Looking for a different kind of accommodation? This hostel features a museum that displays the building’s rich history. It is the oldest public housing complex in Hong Kong.

It comprises two residential buildings connected by communal facilities, which allow this building to form an 'H' shape.

5. D2 Place

One of the most popular activities in Hong Kong is shopping. D2 place is one of the places where you can find up-to-the-minute trends.

Most of the stalls here are owned by young businessmen and local entrepreneurs. It also houses coffee shops and restaurants.

6. Yu Chau Street

Dubbed "Bead Street," Yu Chau Street is the home to all sorts of beads and sewing materials. They have beads that range from wooden to glass. There also hand-crafted jewelry and unique trinkets for souvenir.

7. Old Town Central

As one of Hong Kong’s oldest districts, Old Town Central features the country's rich traditions. Its store-packed streets and alleys features a perfect mix of old and new artistic crafts and activities.

Hong Kong's rich heritage is also highlighted in this area, which has seemingly endless rows of antique and vintage stores.

One can find an eclectic collection of Chinese calligraphy, arts, and vintage furniture. Parallel to these are cool varieties of bric-à-brac collectibles, Chinese-style jewelries, and ornaments.

9. Tai Kwun

This newly refurbished neighborhood has 16 heritage buildings and numerous outdoor spaces. One of the must-try places here is the LockCha Tea House, where you can eat freshly baked cookies served after a lively performance by HKAPA dancers and choreographers.

10. Tai Ping Shan Street

This street features a a bohemian neighborhood of galleries, teahouses, and design studios.

One of the most popular places here is the blue-clad vintage store called InBetween. It is home to many vintage vinyl, classic film posters, and one-of-a-kind lapel pins.

Just in front of InBetween is Tallensia Floral Art. It is an artistic florist shop that also offers creative bouquet and flower arrangement workshops for those who are interested.

Indeed, there's so much to see in Hong Kong other than its famous Disneyland. It also has a rich shopping scene, artistic spaces, and cultural heritage that you shouldn't miss.
