Quick to whip out their smartphones to take selfies, scream in excitement, sing along to their classics –these unknowing fans will no doubt cherish the memorable surprise they got when they shared an elevator ride with the group.
The skit is part of the ongoing promotional tour the Backstreet Boys are doing for their newest single, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" –their first new song in five years.
They've also made an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," where they performed "I Want It That Way" using classroom instruments.
